We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, energetic, compassionate RBT willing to work with our 10 year old son on ASD spectrum. Its very important the candidate has the ability to engage and proactive play with children. He will be homeschooled for next 3-4 years with a primary goal of learning effective communication. Eligible candidates are willing to do a variety of interventions with him including Verbal behavior, play based activities/ community based opportunities/ life skills. Reliability and willing to work for at least 1 years are very important. You will be working in collaboration with parents and BCBA. Eligible candidates must be a US Citizen, have a drivers license and clean background check.

Job will include 2 weeks of paid trial period and a contract if both parties willing to proceed after 2 weeks. Must sign a legally binding contract for 1 year. ADDITIONAL BONUS PAY PAID AT END OF 2 years.

Preferred Timings: Start around 8a/9a and work until 3p/4:30p. Will accept a 6 hour shift too 9a-3p / 10a-4p (Mon-Fri). Total 30-40 hours per week.

Salary: $50-62k per year (for Full Time 2000 hrs per year)

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors during therapy sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MUST have Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
